Booking rules

All passengers within the same bookingnumber must prebook seats.

Passengers within the same booking number must choose seats next to eachother.

Due to safety regulation of Freebird Airlines; pregnant women, handicapped passengers and the families travelling with children and infants are not allowed to seat on the emergency exit rows. If you would like to reserve these rows, please kindly be advised that the airline regulation shall be applied. Otherwise, your seats will be changed by the airline representatives.

Infants under the age of 2 years old shall be seated in the adults lap. Adults travelling with infants can only choose seats marked with an ”i” on the seatmap.

We may be forced to move you from your prebooked seat due to operational issues. If this would happen we will do our best to give you an equivalent seat.

1. What rules apply for children under the age of 2?

Infants under the age of 2 should sit on an adult's lap during the entire flight. Baby bassinets are not available.

2. We are several people travelling on the same booking number but not all of us wish to prebook a seat?

All passengers within the same booking number must purchase a seat.

3. Is it possible to pay in any other way than with a credit card?

No, we accept payment with a Visa or Mastercard.

4. In what currency will I be charged?

You will always be charged in the currency in the country the flight is departing from.

5. Am I able to change seats after I have completed my purchase?

Yes it is possible to change your seat by calling Paxport Customer Service: +46 (0)8 12 13 38 53, 08.00-12.00 CET, Monday - Friday.

Please note that for reservations by phone for Scandinavian departures a non-refundable service fee of 75SEK per booking will be charged.

6. Is it possible to prebook a specific seat free of charge if I have a doctor's certificate?

No, if you want a specific seat, you must pay for it prior to departure.
