1. Can I buy pre-order on both outbound and homebound?

No, Flemingo pre-order is only valid on flights from Antalya (AYT) to destinations in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark.

2. When can I pre-order products?

Customers can place their order between 30 days and 2 days before their flight.

3. Can I order more products after I have completed my purchase?

Yes, simply visit the site again with your booking number and flight date and update your order. If you have any questions please contact support@paxport.net

4. Which payment methods are available?

You can pay for your duty free order by using your VISA/MasterCard. We are unable to accept personal cheques and traveller’s cheques in any currency. It is not possible to pay for the goods on-board.

All personal data and payment information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Credit card:

If you chose to pay your duty free order with VISA/MasterCard you will be requested to enter the credit card details in order to complete the purchase. The credit card provider connected to your bank account will withdraw the actual amount of the purchase.

Flemingo does not take any responsibility for purchases over the limits below. Shopping via Flemingo web shop over the limits below is the passenger’s responsibility.

6.  Can I change or make a cancellation of pre-ordered products?

Customers are allowed to make changes or cancellation of their pre order within the time line of 30 days and 2 days before their flight. If a customer would like to cancel the whole order, then this cancellation has to be within the mentioned time line. Other than this time, previous orders cannot be change or updated. There may be charges applied to the transacted credit card for the cancellations due to bank applications. Please read the terms and conditions.

7.  How does Return of Goods / Claims / Refund work?

Due to Customs Regulations Flemingo is not allowed to post or send the duty free products to the customer’s addresses. We regret that we cannot replace a purchased item with a new one due to customs regulations. We regret that we are not able to offer any changes or refunds on board.

Customers cannot return the goods or ask for a refund from the cabin crew during their flight. If you have some problems about the order please contact our customer service department via support@paxport.net. Your request will be evaluated immediately.

Customers are not allowed to ask for refund or return of the goods under the circumstances below:

· if customer misses their flight for any reason

· if the pre-order customer changes his/her seat and did not inform the cabin crew for the delivery of pre order.

· if the pre ordered goods have been detained by security or customs authority in the transit airport or in the arrival airport due to shopping over limits.

· if the name on the delivery tag report is not reflecting the correct name details and this has not been informed to the cabin crew during the check by passenger.
